He is actively involved in the community, serving as the online editor and local government reporter for the Lehi Free Press, ensuring that residents stay informed. Skyler has served as the Utah County Board of Adjustments Chair and currently serves on the Utah County Planning Commission. He also is a member of the Lehi City Parks, Trails, and Trees Committee, reflecting his commitment to enhancing the quality of life and preserving open spaces. Before his public service career, Skyler gained valuable experience in corporate retail, where he managed large budgets and teams, sharpening his skills in financial management and leadership. Lehi Library’s Crafty Club invites kids ages 9 and up to join the fun with this month’s activity: creating Pinecone Pals. The event is set for September 17th or 19th, from 4 to 5 PM. All materials are included, so just bring your creativity!

Cancer Fundraising Bake Sale 🍪

Join the community on September 13, 2024, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at 3400 Ashton Blvd, Suite 275, Lehi, to support two local brokers in their battle against cancer. Enjoy delicious treats while knowing that 100% of the proceeds will go toward helping them in their fight.

Grand Opening: Family Park ✈️

Lehi is celebrating the grand opening of Family Park on Saturday, September 14th, 2024, at 10:00 AM! Located at 1999 N. 600 E., the park is themed around aviation and offers features like Utah's largest splash pad, shaded play areas, a sensory garden, and more. Expect fun for all with treats and giveaways. Don't miss this exciting community event!

Movie Night at Family Park: Cars 2 🚗

Head to Family Park on Saturday, September 14th, for an outdoor screening of Cars 2! The evening kicks off with DIY cardboard car decorating, a "Car" parade with prizes, free popcorn, and exciting raffles. Arrive early to snag supplies and enjoy the fun—movie begins at dusk (around 9 p.m.).

Meet Amalie Strongin, starring as the lively Puff, Leanne, in the upcoming production of Puffs. Amalie's first role was Shanti in The Jungle Book at age 9. She loves Dr Pepper and Nerds Gummy Clusters and enjoys playing a character who doesn’t care about others' opinions. For house sorting, Amalie would be in Gryffindor and is keen to be friends with Fred and George Weasley.
