A MESSAGE FROM FIRE SCIENCE NUTRITION

Fire Science Nutrition was started by a firefighter in Provo, Utah and is now selling millions of electrolyte sticks nationwide.

Hydration is the ultimate challenge for firefighters - wildland crews can hike 10+ miles with 100 lbs of gear to fight wilderness fires. These jobs aren't the highest paying, yet they put their lives on the line every day. They needed clean, science-backed electrolytes to avoid dehydration.

Fire Salt was born to solve this need. 10,000 sticks sold just hours after launching, and now millions of sticks are being used by firefighters, crossfitters, nursing mothers, and athletes across the country. As a firefighter-owned brand, we donate 10% of our profits back to the fire community. Our mission is to provide performance supplements while giving back to the heroes who keep us all safe.
