He is actively involved in the community, serving as the online editor and local government reporter for the Lehi Free Press, ensuring that residents stay informed. Skyler has served as the Utah County Board of Adjustments Chair and currently serves on the Utah County Planning Commission. He also is a member of the Lehi City Parks, Trails, and Trees Committee, reflecting his commitment to enhancing the quality of life and preserving open spaces. Before his public service career, Skyler gained valuable experience in corporate retail, where he managed large budgets and teams, sharpening his skills in financial management and leadership.
