Big Fireworks at Thanksgiving Point 🎆
Enjoy a spectacular Fourth of July at Thanksgiving Point’s Freedom Celebration. Electric Park will host a free event featuring local vendors and a dazzling fireworks show synchronized to music on The Bull 93.3 FM. Bring your blankets and chairs, but leave personal fireworks and grills at home. Doors open at 4 PM, and the fireworks begin at 10 PM.
Celebrating With Fireworks At Home?
Have fun! Here are a few restrictions you should know about to avoid getting your party shut down by the fire department (this happened to my neighbors a couple of years ago)! Fireworks are not allowed in any public parks except for Olympic Park and Sports Park. Fireworks are also restricted north of Timpanogos Highway and along the Dry Creek Corridor. While aerial fireworks are allowed, the following are still prohibited: firecrackers, M-80, cherry bombs, bottle rockets, Roman candles, single or re-loadable mortars, and ground salutes.
Outdoor Movie Series at Ashton Gardens 🎬
Enjoy summer nights with Thanksgiving Point’s Outdoor Movie Series at Ashton Gardens. This Friday, bring a blanket, grab some treats, and watch “Wonka” under the stars. Doors open at 8 PM, and movies start at dusk. Tickets are free for Thanksgiving Point members, $7.50 for adults, and $5 for children.
Under the Sea at Traverse Mountain 🐟
On July 5, try an "Under the Sea" Fun Friday theme with a fishing game and sea creature crafts. The event is free, perfect for children 12 and under, with one craft kit per child. Reserve your spot.
Music and Food at Traverse Mountain Outlets 🎸
In case you need a break from your Independence Day parties and preparations, skip on over to the Outlets at Traverse mountain for some live music and food trucks. The Beatdiggers are performing on July 4th from 12 PM to 2 PM. On Friday, July 5th, snag some delicious snacks from Ricochet Ice Cream, Good Grindz and Maize Tacos.
Fun for Teens 🌟
There’s still time to register for Lehi's Teen Night! The event is scheduled for July 8-11, from 7 PM to 9 PM at the Lehi Legacy Center. Activities include swimming, basketball, video games, music, and more. Registration is $25 for residents.

AnaLeigha Meek Crowned Miss Lehi 2024 👑
Congratulations to AnaLeigha Meek, who won the Miss Lehi 2024 title and a $4,000 scholarship on June 22 at Lehi High School. Meek will promote her community service initiative, “Healthy Habits, Happy Hearts.” First Runner-Up Alivia Marchello and Second Runner-Up AnnaBelle McKinnon also received scholarships and special awards.

Call For Public Comment Continues 📢
As you may know, Lehi City and its neighboring cities are considering a new Central School District. We know there are lots of opinions out there about this idea, so if you’ve got one, please don’t miss the chance to submit your comments! The comment period ends August 2.
In a recent opinion piece, Skyler Beltran encouraged citizens to focus on what will ultimately be best for our children and called for empathy and kindness as the debate continues.
